The real problem

Teams ground through an eight-step form of heavy data entry to build a single planning scenario. Most of that effort was mechanical, not judgment.

The calls I made

1. Replaced the form with a conversation: describe the scenario you want in plain language.
2. Let AI handle the data work underneath the description, so the fields fill themselves.

What changed

Scenarios get created far faster, and the effort moves from filling fields to making decisions.
