Most of our work is about navigating ambiguity, making sense of complex systems, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning messy enterprise problems into clear product experiences.

I am also evolving my design process into an agentic one where I use AI across research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and validation, and increasingly move from Figma into code to turn ideas into working experiences that users can test and developers can take forward.
